এস.এস.সি, এবং এইচ.এস.সি পরীক্ষায় যে কোন ধরনের আবেদনপত্র লেখার জন্য এই রূপটি ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। এই আবেদন পত্র টি লেখা হয়েছে বিভিন্ন এবং সাধারন আবেদন পত্রের কিছু পরিচিত ও সুনির্দিষ্ট বৈশিষ্ট্যর উপর নির্ভর করে।

Shortcut Application Writing Method

To complete this application, you have to attach some required information based on the topic of application question. If you memorize this application format, you will be able to write any group based application in SSC exam or HSC exam even if you have not prepared for that application topic.

Besides, the students who do not want to memorize all applications separately one by one, can memorize this application writing model and use it by changing the subject of the application and adding a few more sentences on given topic. So, both for SSC application writing and HSC application writing, you can use this apllication sample.

কিন্তু অবশ্যয় এই আবেদনপত্রটি পরিপূর্ণ নয়। তোমাকে প্রশ্নের উপর নির্ভর করে মূল বিষয় বস্তুর উপর কিছু তথ্য দিতে হবে।শুধুমাত্র, তখনি তুমি এটিকে পরিপূর্ণ বলতে পারবে। যদি তুমি এই রূপটি মুখশ্ত করে রাখো তবে তোমার পরীক্ষায় আবেদনপত্র কমন না আসলেও তুমি তার ৯০% লিখে আসতে পারবে।

আর যারা সব আবেদন পত্র গুলো আলাদা ভাবে মুখস্ত করবে তারাও এই আবেদন পত্র টি পড়ে তার সাথে যদি প্রতিটি ভিন্ন আবেদন পত্রর বিষয় বস্তুর কয়েকটি করে লাইন মুখস্ত করো তবে প্রতিটি আবেদন পত্র প্রথম হতে শেষ পর্যন্ত বারেবার মুখস্ত করতে হচ্ছেনা।

Rules of Application Writing Format

• The parts of application, which are in bold size, will be changed according to the question.

• আবেদন পত্রের যে অংশগুলো মোটা কালিতে দেওয়া আছে তা প্রশ্ন পত্র অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন করতে হবে।

• In the place of —- (topic of prayer) —–, write down the name of your prayer each time. Likewise, in the place of —- (name of school/college) —–, use the name according to the question.

• যে যে স্থানে ‘আবেদনের পত্রের বিষয়’ ——— (topic of prayer – আবেদন পত্রের বিষয়) ——— লেখা আছে সেখানে প্রতিবার বিষয় প্রশ্নপত্র অনুযায়ী লিখতে হবে।

• Notice the question that if there is the name of school or college is mentioned or not. If it is, you must follow that name but if there is no, use the symbolic words such as ‘X’, ‘Y’, ‘Z’.

• প্রশ্নপত্রে লক্ষ্য করো, যদি নির্দিষ্ট করে স্কুল বা কলেজের নাম দেওয়া থাকে তবে সেটায় লিখতে হবে আর যদি কোন নাম না থাকে তবে সেখানে সাঙ্কেতিক চিহ্ন ব্যবহার করতে হবে। যেমনঃ ‘X’, ‘Y’, ‘Z’. তবে কখনো নিজের স্কুল বা কলেজের আসল নাম, ঠিকানা লিখবেনা। এটা লেখা বোর্ড পরীক্ষায় নিষিদ্ধ।

• If you are writing this model application for a school exam, use ‘The Headmaster’. But in case of college, use ‘The Principal’.

• যদি তুমি এই আবেদন পত্রটি স্কুলের জন্য লেখো তবে ‘The Headmaster’ শব্দটি ব্যবহার করো আর কলেজের জন্য লিখলে ‘The Principal’ শব্দটি ব্যবহার করো।

Please note that if you add some additional sentences on the topic of application, you will get full marks in your exam. By using this shortcut application writing format, you don’t need to memorize each application from top to bottom.

আবারো বলছি যদি তুমি কিছু যুক্তিসঙ্গত বাক্য বিষয়বস্তুর সাথে মিল রেখে যুক্ত করো তবে তুমি পূর্ণ নম্বর পাবে। এজন্য তোমার ইংরেজি ২য় পত্র বই হতে বিষয়বস্তুর উপর কয়েকটি বাক্য মুখুস্ত করে নিতে পারো। আর বেশি কিছু নয়। শুধু এই নিয়ম গুলোর প্রতি খেয়াল রেখো। আশা করি তুমি তোমার পরীক্ষায় প্রত্যাশিত নম্বর পাবে।
