This sample of paragraph is composed based on the standard format of paragraph suitable for academic exams.

তোমার পরীক্ষায়, তোমাকে একটি Paragraph লিখতে বলা হবে যেকোনো একটি নির্দিষ্ট বিষয়ের উপর। সেখানে কিছু প্রশ্ন দেওয়া থাকবে নির্দেশনা হিসেবে। এখন লক্ষ্য করো কোন কোন বিষয়ের ক্ষেত্রে তুমি এই নমুনা Paragraph টি ব্যবহার করতে পারবে।

Write a paragraph on……
(Load shedding/Arsenic problem/ Traffic jam/Unfair means in exam hall/Dowry in Bangladesh/Environment pollution/Eve-teasing in Bangladesh/ Water pollution/Drug addiction/Deforestation/Gender discrimination/Dangers of smoking/Devastating cyclone/etc.)

Note: In some cases, there may be no title of paragraph mentioned in question paper. In that case, you have to write the name/title of paragraph based on the given short questions in this item.

Paragraph লেখার উপর কিছু নির্দেশনাঃ

• Write the name of paragraph in the place of ”(name of problem)” in title and in whole paragraph.
  যেখানে “(name of problem- সমস্যার নাম)” কথাটি আছে সেখানে Paragraph এর নামটি বারেবার উল্লেখ করবে।
• If you want to get full marks using this format of paragraph writing, you have to attach some topic related sentences in this. You can study these from your guide books on English 1st paper and English 2nd paper.
  যদি তুমি Paragraph এর নমুনাটি ব্যবহার করে পরিপূর্ণ নম্বর পেতে চাও তবে তোমাকে বিষয়বস্তুর উপর নির্ভর করে কিছু বাক্য লিখতে হবে যেগুলো তুমি তোমার ইংরেজি ১ম পত্র এবং ইংরেজি ২য় পত্র বই হতে সংগ্রহ করতে পারো এবং প্রস্তুতি নিতে পারো।
• Remember that you have to keep a space at the beginning of your paragraph writing.
  মনে রেখ Paragraph লেখার শুরুতে তোমাকে একটু ফাঁকা স্থান অর্থাৎ স্পেস রেখে লেখা শুরু করতে হবে।
• In a single paragraph, there will be a single para. Never create two or more para in a single paragraph.
  একটি Paragraph এর মধ্যে একটি প্যারা থাকবে। নতুন করে এক বা একাধিক প্যারা করা যাবেনা।
