In English language, Synonyms indicate a word or phrase which has the same or nearly the same meaning as another word or phrase in the same language while Antonyms indicate a word which means the opposite of another word. This is 1st lesson on Essential Synonyms and Antonyms under the alphabet “A”. I have selected these words starting with the alphabet “A” only as the most important root words for Synonyms and Antonyms in English.
